at 18:00pm on dec.13th 2016, the 25th wind turbine hoisting work of wind power company luneng nuomuhong wind power project safely and successfully completed. so far, all important construction items of the project have been completed on schedule, which provides powerful protection for subsequent electricity-generation.
luneng nuomuhong 50mw wind power project is located in nuomuhong farm, dulan county, golmud city, qinghai province, with an average elevation of about 2800 meters. the wind farm area belongs to gobi desert landform, drought and has little rain, natural condition is wicked. the project installed a total of 25 goldwind 2.0mw gw115-2000 type wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 50 mw. the project is the first wind power epc project that our company cooperated with luneng group, one of the first wind farms in qinghai haixi 10 million kilowatts clean energy base, as well as the first wind farm of luneng group in this area.
ever since wind turbine hoisting has been started on oct.21st 2016, the project has been facing harsh natural conditions, construction workers and mechanical equipment being difficult to enter the project, difficult material transportation conditions, delay of equipment arrival as well as the owner’s more stringent requirement on the project quality and time limit etc. various challenges. under this condition, the project scientifically planned and reasonably organized, arranged double shift for hoisting work. put into respectively a 500t and a 650t crawler crane, 4 70t truck cranes and more than 50 construction personnel. in the process of lifting, the wind power company safety, technical personnel monitored at site throughout the whole process and strictly operated in accordance with special hoisting program to put mechanical conditions and wind conditions as a security focus for pre-control. under the joint efforts of the project staff and cooperation units, the safety of the fan hoisting, quality control is always in the state of controllable and under-control. with only 54 days, 25 wind turbines’ hoisting task has been comprehensively completed.
