on 26th, december, 2017, quan shengming, president and party committee secretary of state gird qinghai electric power company arrived at luneng haixi multi-energy company to inspect works. li jingli, chief manager of luneng qinghai branch company, wei peng, manager assistant of luneng qinghai branch company, and chu yuming, vice manager of sepcoⅲ pv energy company and manager of luneng haixi multi-energy complementary pv project accompanied the inspection.

on the afternoon, when arriving at luneng haixi multi-energy complementary pv project, mr. quan stepped into construction site and had deep inspection on 330kv collecting station and pv array areas, and had detail understanding on site wires joining works and installation works. during the inspection, mr. li jingli gave detail introduction on the project important works. during the inspection, it was the time that the project was checked by qinghai province quality and supervision station experts before gird combing. after inspection, mr. quan gave affirmation for the project quality, safety and progress management and control works. he also showed praise for the project staffs who overcame all difficulties, created conditions to promote the project, and worked overtime under the disadvantageous of tense construction period, serious task and frozen winter terrible environment to ensure the project progressing on time. in the critical time before the project gird combining, mr. quan encouraged staffs to perform all preparation works for the project gird combing continuously, and provide solid guarantee for achieving the project gird combing. at last, li jingli, gave report on the following works after the project gird combing, and the two parts had discuss on important works and reached agreement.
