at 11:58 am of may 3, unit 1 of jiangsu hongdong biomass energy extension project passed the 72 24 hours full load test operation smoothly. during the trial operation, the equipment run stably, the relevant parameters met the design and specification requirements, and the vibration condition of the unit was good. the average load of the unit was 14.1mw, andthe load rate was 94.6%.
the boiler selected for this project is energy saving and ultra-low emission type high temperature and high pressure circulating fluidized bed biomass furnace, which has the outstanding advantagesof fuel saving, power saving, low wear and tear and low emission. through data comparison, compared with no.2 unit grate boiler could save about 100t of fuel per day, even if the boiler was not put into operation desulfurization and denitrification system, the flue gas emission could also meet the requirements of the national standard of air pollutant emission, the technical and economic results were very significant.
