at 6:58 of july 11, unit 2 of heilongjiang fuhuajinhe biomasscogeneration project, which was constructed by sepcoiii, successfully passedthe 72 24 hours full-load trial operation. the unit runs stably, and theparameters were excellent.
during the trail operation, the average load of the unit was 30mw,the load rate was 100%, the thermal and electrical automatic input rate was100%, the main and auxiliary equipment operated stably, and the unit vibrationwas excellent. fuhuajinhe cogeneration project includes 2×150t/h hightemperature and high pressure straw intermediate reheating circulationfluidized bed biomass direct-fired boiler and 2×30mw high temperature and highpressure extraction condensing steam turbine generator set, with an annualpower generation capacity of 432 million kwh and a heating capacity of 1.5million square meters. at the same time, it can consume about 700,000 tons ofbiomass such as straw each year, which can solve the environmental pollutionproblem caused by the burning of a large number of local biomass resources andbring good economic and social benefits.
