on june 23, the generator rotor of #1 of yuneng yanghuopan project was successfully put in place.
the net weight of generator rotor of #1 is 66.5t, the maximum diameter is 1140mm, and the length is 12151mm. 180t single crane and chain block are used to complete the installation. in order to ensure high-quality and efficient rotor installation, the project scientifically planned and effectively organized, conducted comprehensive safety technical disclosure and careful deployment for relevant engineering technology, safety management and mechanical operators before installation, formulated a scientific technical scheme for installation, and confirmed and inspected the on-site installation conditions in conjunction with the owner, the supervisor and the general contractor. the whole process of dressing is safe and stable, and the technical control keeps improving. at 15:16 p.m., for nearly 5 hours, the generator rotor was successfully put in place.
the successful completion of the installation of the generator rotor provided a good guarantee for the full implementation of the steam turbine cover fastening of #1, and also enhanced the confidence of all employees in the upsurge of the front-line project.
