yuneng yanghuopan project #1 pass 168 hours full load test run successfully

at 12:38 a.m. on february 15, 2023, the 2×660mw utra-supercritical coal-fired air cooled power generation #1 of yuneng yanghuopan project successfully completed 168-hour full load test run and was officially put into commercial operation.
yuneng yanghuopan project is the world’s first using ndc and the world’s first coal-fired air cooling unit with concrete-filled steel tube x pillar air cooling tower. it is an important auxiliary power point project of ±800kv uhvdc transmission project in northern shanxi and hubei. the company undertakes the construction and installation project of #1 and some public systems, which will be started on march 16, 2021. in the process of project construction, yuneng yanghuopan project has always adhered to the enterprise mission of "to build excellent projects,fulfill clients’expectations,highlight enterprise value and promote the welfare of society". with the goal of striving for "national high-quality engineering gold medal", the scientific organization and careful construction have overcome the adverse factors . the project of power receiving, chemical water making, pulverization system input, steam turbine flushing, generator grid-connection, electric dust removal input, desulfurization input and so on have been successful.
#1 entered 168 full load trial operation at 12:38 on february 8. during the trial operation, the main and auxiliary equipment operated safely and stably, the electrical and thermal control protection, automatic, instrument input rate and accuracy were 100%, the quality of soda water was qualified, the maximum shaft vibration of the turbine generator was 51μm, the hydrogen leakage of the generator was 1.94nm3/d, and there was no leakage of smoke wind coal powder and other systems. the unit performance index is excellent; environmental protection emission index and major economic and technical indicators all meet or exceed the design value, and achieve the goal of near-zero emission. a unit with excellent quality and advanced indicators has been delivered to the owner.
