on the occasion of the 74th anniversary of the founding of the people’s navy, in order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th cpc national congress, commemorate the 104th anniversary of the may fourth movement, implement the project to improve the spiritual quality of young people, and inherit and carry forward the spirit of the "may 4th movement". on april 26th, the youth league committee of the company organized young people from the headquarters to visit the navy museum of the people’s liberation army of china for the theme of "learning and implementing the new journey of the 20th national congress of the communist party of china for unity and struggle".
since its renovation and expansion in 2021, the naval museum has been divided into three major exhibition areas: indoor, offshore, and onshore. the indoor main exhibition hall is a basic display of the history of the people’s navy, with four exhibition halls covering an area of over 7000 square meters. it is divided into three parts: "socialist revolution and construction period", "new era of reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction", and "new era of socialism with chinese characteristics". the naval heroes square is located to the west of the main exhibition hall of the naval museum. in the center of the square stands a large themed sculpture of "bright sword deep blue", with a towering sword that has melted some of the wreckage of enemy ships and aircraft that were destroyed by the people’s navy. it vividly demonstrates that under the strong leadership of the party, the people’s navy was born, grew, and developed in the midst of artillery fire, chopping waves and waves all the way, traversing thousands of miles of sea and oceans, strive forward towards the goal of building a world-class navy.
this event lasted for two hours. through this visit and study, young employees gained a full understanding of the historical achievements of the construction and development of the people’s navy, deeply appreciated the new spirit and style of the people’s navy in the new era, further stimulated their love for the party, patriotism, and enterprise, and guided them to draw wisdom, boost spirit, and add strength from the development history of the people’s navy, contribute youth strength to promote the high-quality development of the company.
