in the afternoon of may 24, zhao qiming, the party secretary, chairman and general manager of sepcoiii met with kosuke tashiro, the deputy general manager of marubeni overseas power business department, and li jie, the member of the party committee and deputy general manager of sepcoiii, attended the meeting.
